Doug Walker
Ten years ago I had an outsider’s perspective on a niche sports goods category – fashioned from the previous 25 years working across multiple categories and famous brands – and that fresh approach brought something different to the equestrian industry and Weatherbeeta allowing us to:

In my many conversations around that industry I know the ability to deliver a fresh strategic perspective has been valuable. When coupled with the realism of 10 years operational experience in the market gained by leading one of its leading suppliers (but an SME all the same) it has proved to deliver actionable results.
I also know that from my experience in other categories the same approach can yield the same breakthrough results.
This help has not been commonly available.
Through Cafinos I will sharing the insight and experience through short term projects to help my SME clients become stronger, healthier, and ready to address the many challenges facing them. So that’s why I have returned - after 10 years supplier side – to Cafinos, the company I founded as the vehicle to make this possible.
